Pipeline Safety: Random Drug Testing Rate and Management Information System Reporting Requirements

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has confirmed that the minimum random drug testing rate for covered employees will remain at 50% for 2022, and contractors must submit drug and alcohol testing information for covered functions, with DAMIS reporting available in the PHMSA Portal for 2021.
