FAA Proposes Airworthiness Directive for Viking Air Limited Model DHC-3 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a new airworthiness directive to address a safety concern on Viking Air Limited's Model DHC-3 airplanes, which were previously certified by Bombardier Inc., due to fatigue damage of the wing struts.
