SEC Approves Public Company Accounting Oversight Board Budget and Annual Accounting Support Fee for 2022

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) budget and annual accounting support fee for the 2022 calendar year, allowing the board to continue its oversight of public companies' financial reporting and auditing processes.
