Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking public comment on a proposed data collection project, titled 2022 Million Hearts Hypertension Control Champions Challenge, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The CDC aims to recognize clinicians, clinical practices, and health systems with exceptional hypertension control rates.
