Mississippi Highway Project EIS Notice Rescinded

The U.S. Department of Transportation has withdrawn its plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed highway connecting Interstate 10 to State Route 26 in Harrison and Stone Counties, Mississippi, after an eight-year process that began in 2005.
