EPA Proposes Approval of San Joaquin Valley Air Quality Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the California State Implementation Plan, which includes new restrictions on agricultural open burning in the San Joaquin Valley to reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides and particulate matter.
