US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Chinese Solar Panel Companies Sold at Below Market Value

The US Department of Commerce has found that most Chinese solar panel companies sold their products at prices lower than their normal value during a two-year period, prompting a partial rescission of an antidumping review and a preliminary determination that no shipments will occur.
