EPA Proposes Amendments to National Emission Standards for Dry Cleaning Facilities

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing changes to the regulations governing dry cleaning facilities that use perchloroethylene (PCE) as a cleaning solvent, in an effort to reduce air pollution from these facilities.
