Coast Guard Issues Interim Rule for Fire Safety on Small Passenger Vessels

The US Coast Guard is introducing new fire safety regulations for small passenger boats, following a devastating fire on the dive boat CONCEPTION in 2019 that resulted in loss of life, as a step towards implementing statutory requirements mandated by law.
