EPA Approves Hawaii's State Implementation Plan for 2015 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of Hawaii's state implementation plan revision addressing the 'good neighbor' provision of the Clean Air Act, which prohibits emissions that contribute to nonattainment or interfere with maintenance of the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards in other states.
