Air Plan Approval; California; San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to partially approve a revision to the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP), focusing on reducing emissions from off-road diesel agricultural vehicles and equipment, and deferring action on the remaining portions of this measure.
