STB to Implement New System for Disability and Religious Accommodation Records

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) will establish a new system to collect and track records of employees and applicants with disabilities who requested reasonable accommodations, as well as those who requested religious accommodations, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
