EPA Extends Comment Period for Sulfur Dioxide Standard in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule regarding the St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana nonattainment area's failure to meet the 2010 one-hour sulfur dioxide standard until January 13, 2022, following a public request to do so.
