FTC Seeks Extension of Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance for Red Flags Rules

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the current clearance for the Red Flags, Card Issuers, and Address Discrepancies Rules for an additional three years, until December 31, 2018.
