US Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Draft Screening Form and Draft Low-Effect Habitat Conservation Plan for Lehigh Southwest Cement Company

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has made available a draft screening form and draft low-effect habitat conservation plan for a potential incidental take permit for the Lehigh Southwest Cement Company's Permanente Site Operations and Maintenance in Santa Clara County, California, which would allow for the incidental take of the federally threatened California red-legged frog over a 20-year period.
