EPA Decides Not to Use Negotiated Rulemaking for Petitions Under American Innovation and Manufacturing Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is considering the use of a negotiated rulemaking procedure for ten petitions granted and one partially granted under the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020, but has decided not to use this process for the rulemaking.
