DHS to Extend Medical Examination and Vaccination Record Collection Without Change

The Department of Homeland Security is extending its information collection request for the Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, adding 30 days for public comments, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
