DoD Issues Final Rule on Trade Agreements Thresholds for Defense Procurement

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to update the thresholds for applying the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and the Free Trade Agreements, as determined by the US Trade Representative.
