Department of Defense Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Minority Participation Data

The Department of Defense is requesting emergency processing and OMB authorization to collect data on barriers and facilitators to minority participation in special operations and other units, as mandated by the FY 2021 National Defense Authorization Act.
