NRC Corrects Notice on Facility Operating Licenses and Combined Licenses

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a notice published on January 25, 2022, due to an incorrect name of the attorney for a licensee, which has been updated to reflect Rick Giannantonio, General Counsel of Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp.
