NRC Requests Public Comment on ASME Code Endorsement for High Temperature Reactors

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on the potential endorsement of two additional Code Cases from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code for high temperature reactors, as part of the revision of its Regulatory Guide 1.87.
