U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Withdraws Access Authorization Fees Rule
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has withdrawn a direct final rule that would have updated access authorization fees for NRC licensees, following significant adverse comments on a companion proposed rule.
