NRC Requests Renewal of Medical Exception Form for COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for renewal of an existing form allowing individuals to request a medical exception to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
