U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Orders Avera McKennan Hospital Employee to Document Commitments Following Mediation

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a Confirmatory Order to Ms. Traci Hollingshead, an employee of Avera McKennan Hospital, to document her commitments as part of a settlement agreement following a mediation session on April 19, 2022, following an apparent violation of NRC requirements.
