NRC Reopens Public Comment Period for Decommissioning Financial Assurance Rulemaking

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is reopening the public comment period for its rulemaking on decommissioning financial assurance for sealed and unsealed radioactive materials, following a correction to a notification published in the Federal Register on April 28, 2022, due to a publication issue.
