Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., Entergy Nuclear Palisades, LLC, Holtec International, and Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC have established an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to oversee the decommissioning of the Palisades Nuclear Plant and the Big Rock Point Site.
