U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Amendment to Spent Fuel Storage Cask Listing

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has confirmed the effective date of August 29, 2022, for a direct final rule that amends the listing of the NAC International NAC-UMS Universal Storage System to include Amendment No. 9 of Certificate of Compliance No. 1015, and makes editorial corrections to Amendment No. 8.
