NRC Issues FONSI for Crow Butte Resources, Inc. ISR Facility Renewal

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued a final finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the license renewal of the Crow Butte Resources, Inc. (CBR) in situ uranium recovery (ISR) facility in Dawes County, Nebraska, following a staff environmental assessment (EA) supplement. The NRC staff has concluded that the renewal will not have significant impacts on cultural resources.
