NRC Proposes Amendment to Spent Fuel Regulations for MAGNASTOR Storage System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to update its regulations for spent fuel storage by revising the NAC International, Inc. MAGNASTOR Storage System listing, which includes Amendment No. 10 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1031, adding a new metal storage overpack.
