U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Consider Advance Tribal Notification for Radioactive Material Shipments

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will review a petition submitted by Richard Arnold and Ron Johnson on behalf of the Tribal Radioactive Materials Transportation Committee, which seeks to require advance notification for shipments of certain radioactive materials.
