U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Guidance for Light-Water Power Reactor Construction Permit Applications

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has released Interim Staff Guidance to clarify existing regulations and assist staff in reviewing applications for light-water power reactor construction permits, which are expected to be submitted in the coming years.
