NRC Requests Renewal of Information Collection for Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifest Index

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal of an existing collection of information related to Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifest Index and Regional Compact Tabulation and Continuation Page, as outlined in NRC Forms 542 and 542A.
