U.S. NRC Considers Amendment to License for Indian Point Nuclear Plant

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is considering a proposed amendment to the license of Holtec Indian Point 2, LLC, for the Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 2, which would modify staffing requirements and prohibit storing spent fuel in a specific pool, in support of decommissioning activities.
