NRC Relocates Draft and Regulatory Guide Notices in Federal Register

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is shifting the publication of draft and final Regulatory Guides from the 'Notices' section to the 'Proposed Rules' and 'Rules and Regulations' sections of the Federal Register, following a request from the Office of the Federal Register.
