NRC Extends La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor License

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an order to extend the effectiveness of a 2019 license approval for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor, allowing Dairyland Power Cooperative to take possession of the reactor and approve a license amendment for an additional 3 months beyond its original expiration date.
