Holtec Decommissioning International LLC Receives NRC Exemption for Low-Level Radioactive Waste Shipment Notification

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted Holtec Decommissioning International LLC an exemption to investigate and report on delayed shipments of low-level radioactive waste at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, allowing for a 90-day investigation period instead of the current 20-day requirement.
