FTC Seeks Extension of Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance for Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Disclosure Requirements

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the clearance of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) for the FTC's shared enforcement with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) of the disclosure requirements in Regulation V for an additional three years, until December 31, 2018.
