GSA Proposes to Rescind Employee Drug Abuse Alcoholism Files System
The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to rescind its Employee Drug Abuse Alcoholism Files system, as the records are now managed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under an interagency agreement.
