DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Changes to Federal Acquisition Regulation for Unsuccessful Bidders

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to provide explanations to unsuccessful bidders on certain task and delivery order contracts, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.
