Federal Travel Regulation (FTR); First Class and Business Class Transportation Reporting Requirements

The Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) has clarified requirements for reporting on the authorized use of first class and business class transportation accommodations, as well as how to determine comparable coach class accommodations, in a new bulletin (FTR Bulletin 23-07), which also rescinds a previous bulletin (FTR Bulletin 20-05).
