DOD, GSA, and NASA Propose Changes to Federal Acquisition Regulation for Small Business Protests

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to update size and socioeconomic status protest requirements for multiple-award contract set-asides and reserves.
