DOD, GSA, and NASA Extend Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Cyber Threat and Incident Reporting

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have extended the deadline for submitting comments on a proposed rule to implement Executive Order 14028 on cyber threats and incident reporting and information sharing for Federal contractors until February 2, 2024, from its original December 4, 2023, deadline.
