DoD, GSA, and NASA Extend Comment Deadline for Federal Acquisition Regulation Rule

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have extended the deadline for submitting comments on an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement supply chain risk information sharing and exclusion or removal orders, originally set for December 4, 2023, to February 2, 2024.
