Notice of Product Exclusion Extensions: China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation

The U.S. Trade Representative has announced a 16-day extension of COVID-19 medical-care product exclusions from additional duties, now set to expire on May 31, 2023, and has extended 77 of these exclusions through September 30, 2023.
