U.S. Waives Discriminatory Procurement Laws for North Macedonia

The U.S. Trade Representative has waived U.S. discriminatory procurement laws to implement U.S. obligations under the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) with respect to goods and services of North Macedonia, as delegated by the President.
