U.S. Trade Representative Corrects Harmonized Tariff Schedule Determinations for Certain Sugar and Syrup Goods

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative has corrected its notice on trade surplus determinations for sugar and syrup goods from Chile, Morocco, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Peru, Colombia, and Panama, following an error in the December 13, 2023, Federal Register publication.
