U.S. Trade Representative Extends Exclusions from Additional Duties on China Products

The U.S. Trade Representative has extended exclusions from additional duties on certain Chinese products, including 352 previously reinstated exclusions and 77 COVID-related exclusions, through May 31, 2024, and is seeking public comments on further extending these exclusions.
