U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Ruling on Violation of Section 337 by Robotic Floor Cleaning Devices and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a ruling by an administrative law judge that found a violation of Section 337 by certain robotic floor cleaning devices and components. The Commission is seeking written input from parties on issues such as remedy, public interest, and bonding, with a new deadline for completion set for March 6, 2023.
