USITC Decides Not to Review Ruling Allowing Google to Add Patents to Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling by an administrative law judge that allows Google to add certain patents to an ongoing investigation into allegations of intellectual property infringement. The investigation now includes patents related to audio players and components.
