US International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders Against ICON Health & Fitness, FreeMotion Fitness, NordicTrack, and Peloton

The US International Trade Commission has determined that ICON Health & Fitness, FreeMotion Fitness, NordicTrack, and Peloton have violated Section 337 of the US Trade Act by infringing on certain patents. The Commission has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against these companies, prohibiting the importation of infringing fitness devices and systems.
